Beware these chairs ARE NOT GREY! They should be listed as CHARCOAL or VERY DARK GREY
The price, delivery and condition of chairs was great. We've bought from Jysk before. However the colour discrepancy between the chair colour representation shown here on site and in reality is a joke! Whoever is colour correcting the imagery for this site, needs a serious lesson in Photoshop colour levels! The chairs ARE NOT grey, they should 100% be described as CHARCOAL. We've ended up with six chairs delivered that are a completely different colour than they are described as (and shown) on here. We don't want them, but of course (as they aren't faulty). We must now pay to return all of them. Happy with the service, delivery and quality of items. However your colour definition is completely incorrect.
Good chairs but one leg was to long
I bought 4 chairs. Unfortunately one chair was defective. One leg was longer then another 3 legs. I carefully removed black plastic and cut 10mm shorter by grinder. After that I fit black plastic on the place. And problem was fixed. Easy to repair if you have grinder at home.

You have access to an even wider assortment online than you can find at our stores. If you want to buy online only products, just order and pay on our website and choose to have them delivered to a JYSK store of your choice.
You will be contacted by JYSK when your products are delivered to the store and ready to be picked up.
Home delivery of small packages – see prices
When you shop online, you can always choose to get your order delivered to your own home, at work or anywhere else which is convenient for you.
Small packages are be delivered by mail or by a company specialised in packaging delivery services.

We also offer a local home delivery service from our stores to all customers located in the UK. The delivery costs are estimated by the distance from our stores to your delivery address. We will contact you via SMS once your order has been dispatched with the local courier from the store. Please note that this delivery service is only available in-store.

JYSK is proud to offer our broad assortment in both our stores and online. However in some cases a specific product can only be purchased through Click & Collect or directly in our stores. This can be the case with fragile articles, articles going out of assortment or articles sold only for a short period of time.
