Extend your dining table with extension leaves

An extendable table is a great solution for families with requirements that vary from supper for two to a family brunch for eight. The two main options are a drop-leaf table and a table that takes extension leaves, or inserts. The drop-leaf table has been round for donkey’s years. Usually sporting one or two hinged sections, you can turn a tiny table into a dinner party venue by flipping up the sections to suit. Ideal for small kitchens. For even more small dining room ideas, opt for an extendable table, which are usually full size in their basic form but can be quickly extended by pulling apart the sections that make up the table top and inserting spare leaves as required.

These tables are versatile and practical – perfect for changing needs. Check out the selection online or come in store and we’ll show you how they work.
