Guarantees

At JYSK, we know that a good night’s sleep starts with products you can trust. That's why selected JYSK mattresses and duvets come with extended guarantees of up to 25 years, giving you lasting comfort and peace of mind for years to come.

The guarantee period varies depending on the product and quality level.

 

Extended mattress guarantee

We provide an extended guarantee of either 15 or 25 years on a number of mattresses: 

  • Spring mattresses: 15 years' guarantee on PLUS and 25 years on GOLD
  • Foam mattresses: 25 years' guarantee on GOLD 
  • Adjustable beds: 15 years' guarantee on PLUS and 25 years on GOLD

Additionally, we offer a 100-night trial period on GOLD mattresses. This means you can try out your new GOLD mattress for up to 100 nights, and if you are not completely satisfied with your choice, you can exchange it for another one.

Extended duvet guarantee

We provide an extended guarantee of either 5 or 10 years on a number of duvets:

  • PLUS duvets: 5 years' guarantee for both natural filling and fibre filling
  • GOLD duvets: 10 years' guarantee for both natural filling and fibre filling
