Uncomfortable
Not great for extended use. Back of chair is not adjustable and the fixed position doesn't allow to get comfortable and ergonomic at a desk. Fine for ad hoc use as a meeting room chair.
We regret this purchase, low value for money
We purchased two of these chairs for our company this year and are extremely disappointed. The chair consists of two main components: the seat and the casters. The seat is mounted on the base, causing it to jerk unpredictably when moved. The seating area is uneven, leading to constant sliding off the chair throughout the day, making it extremely uncomfortable to use. Additionally, neither the armrests nor the back angle are adjustable. It seems this chair was designed for a specific body size and weight, and is not suitable for anyone else from an ergonomic perspective. On one of the chairs, the seams have come apart, leaving a hole in the seat. As for the back of the chair, it does not offer proper support because the fabric is very soft, while the headrest is unusually firm. This imbalance causes one to sink into the chair, promoting poor posture, which is untenable for extended periods of desk work. Regrettably, I cannot cite any positive aspects of this chair, nor can I understand how it qualifies as an office chair. It's a major disappointment, and we're eager to dispose of them. In my view, these chairs should be recalled due to their poor quality.
