Lovely chairs
I ordered 4 of these chairs in the brown faux leather. They are well made, easy to clean and wipe down and great value. Comfortable to sit on. Quick to collect from our nearby store. Same day collection. Our first time using JYSK and very impressed.
The closest style to replace kitchen chairs.

Excellent customer service
I recently bought 4 chairs and they were delivered promptly, unfortunately 2 of the chairs were faulty, I email customer service and was dealt with quickly and professionally, I received 2 new chairs and the faulty ones picked up within a week, very good customer service and really quick, would definitely recommend and will be ordering in future.
Seat is fine
As I bought it online I haven’t realised the legs are not wood. They are metal which makes it feel cheaper. Otherwise just normal chair.

Stylish chairs
We bought the table and four chairs because they fitted in with our living/dining room decor. We wanted the chairs because they are hard wearing and will wipe down. They look great in the room and we are very pleased with them. I would have given Jysk 5 stars but there were problems with delivery which are too complicated to detail, however customer services worked very hard to sort them out.

Click & Collect allows you to reserve products online and pick them up in a JYSK store of your choosing. When reserving products online JYSK will confirm that your order is ready to be collected within 30 minutes. Click & Collect means you don't have to pay for delivery, and you do not pay for your products until you pick up your order in the store.
Pick up in store – Free of charge
You have access to an even wider assortment online than you can find at our stores. If you want to buy online only products, just order and pay on our website and choose to have them delivered to a JYSK store of your choice.
You will be contacted by JYSK when your products are delivered to the store and ready to be picked up.
Home delivery of small packages – see prices
When you shop online, you can always choose to get your order delivered to your own home, at work or anywhere else which is convenient for you.
Small packages are be delivered by mail or by a company specialised in packaging delivery services.

JYSK is proud to offer our broad assortment in both our stores and online. However in some cases a specific product can only be purchased through Click & Collect or directly in our stores.
