Excellent service!
We recently bought eight dining chairs from Jysk in Telford. We have been extremely pleased with the quality of the chairs, which were priced very reasonably! The service by your staff, both in store and on the phone has been excellent! Would highly recommend and will definitely shop in store again!

Good chairs
Came in a box of 2, good instructions and straight forward to assemble, however the Allen key is quite fiddly.
All in all very pleased with product at the price point paid, look great with the table I also bought at the same time

Chair delivery
Chairs arrived on schedule but with significant damage to external packaging which was a concern. On opening no damage internally but something more robust may be worth investigation? All parts clearly marked easy to follow assembly instructions, all in place in regular use-well pleased with product

quite decent chairs.
Very pleased with the design, comfort and stability of the chairs. Assembly was quite straight forward although its best to use better quality tools rather than the basic allen key provided. I did have to leave a some of the leg floor pads off to help make the chairs more stable.

Dining chair
Bit fiddly to assemble. Would have liked a bit thicker foam padding, but for what you pay, can't be too critical. Bought for occasional use and overall pleased.

Chairs
These chairs are very hard to make up, my husband can turn his hand to anything but these chairs nearly drove him mad. It's hard to get the back on the chair because the holes don't line up to put the screws in, also the alan key on its own is useless. They also end up wobbley my husband had a lot of work to do to get them right. They are definitely not for a novis DIY person, the chairs are lovely and look good and are not bad quality but very difficult to asemble.

Very happy with the chairs
For the price you can't beat these chairs. They look great and are very stylish. Relatively easy to assemble but can be a bit figgidy. Very happy with the purchase
