Artificial wood tabletop
The lounge table has a tabletop made of artificial wood. It has the appearance and texture of natural wood without the need for maintenance. It is made from plastic, such as polystyrene, which forms a durable material. Artificial wood is weather-resistant, which means it can withstand exposure to sun, moisture and temperature change. Avoid placing glass items in direct sunlight on the artificial wood, as this can cause burn marks and discolouration.

Polyrattan
Polyrattan is a lightweight, synthetic wicker that provides a natural look, while being maintenance-free. Polyrattan is weather resistant, which means it can withstand exposure to sun, moisture and temperature change.

Brilliant set for the money

This is the second set we’ve bought. First one lasted around 5 years and only just rusted trough despite it being exposed to all weathers and never covered. The new set is much better constructed with extra support leg in middle of the sofas. Let summer commence!

Corner rattan sofa with storage

Paid the extra to store cushions away but it’s not water proof and leaks. Therefore still having to bring cushions inside. Disappointing, might aswell have paid the cheaper price for non storage.

Average Quality

Average quality. There were misaligned screw holes where it made it very difficult to assembly the product properly. The quality of material is poor to use a torque wrench. If you are providing a torque wrench to install the product, the screw sockets shouldn't come up halfway rotating. Had to ask for a part replacement due to misaligned screw holes. Took 3 weeks to receive confirmation that I could drive to Leeds and collect it since they don't do part deliveries. Despite the confirmation, no one knew that customer was coming to collect parts and the package wasn't even there. After a struggle, managed to take what I need and left. As mentioned by many, storage bag is not waterproof either. Wouldn't shop from Jysk again.

Sofa is lovely, storage is not

Paid extra £100 for storage including “waterproof bags”, used the bags and they have allowed water in, which didn’t drain back out and now the cushions have been sat in a massive puddle of water in the bottom of the bags, what a waste of money

Really pleased

Read a few bad reviews but issue seems to be the bench storeage not being waterproof. This isn't an issue for me as seat is under a garden shelter. In fact the bench storeage is whole reason I chose this particular product. Really pleased with it although setting it up was a bit of a job.

Not waterproof storage bags

Clearly says the cushion storage bags are waterproof and they are not when it rains they fill with water and cushions get soaked. Totally pointless might as well have got the one without storage!

Storage not waterproof - cushions got soaked

I should have read the previous reviews before buying. The under seat storage comes with a fitted zip bags which I not unreasonably assumed would be waterproof. They're not. After the first rain the cushions were completely soaked. If anything the cushions would have been drier without the bags as water pooled in the bottom in places. I have had to purchase additional waterproof bags to be able to use the storage. Other than that the seating is great.

Pointless

Was excited about this purchase as i havent seen an outdoor sofa that had storage inside. But all the rain water collects inside the storage liners and soaks the cushions so might as well leave them out. Completely useless.
