These chairs are easy to put together and feel decent quality. Quite heavy and sturdy. They’re comfortable even without a cushion. Hope they stand the test of time

Moderne Optik gepaart mit bequemem Sitzkomfort
Sehr schöne moderne Stühle in leichter Optik durch die Flechttechnik in Polyrattanart. Das Zusammenbauen war sehr einfach und schnell. Mit passenden Sitzkissen und stimmigem Tisch in Holzoptik von Jysk sehr schöne Essgruppe. Bei einem der Stühle fehlte leider das Päckchen mit dem Schraubenmaterial. Nach telefonischem Rückruf des sehr freundlichen Kundenservice auf meine Reklamation per Mail wurden die fehlenden Schrauben völlig unkompliziert beim Hersteller angefordert und per Post zugestellt, so dass keine umständliche Rücksendung per Spedition oder Umtausch in einer Filiale notwendig war. Der Kundenservice war das beste, was ich in den vergangenen Monaten erfahren habe, sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, und was die freundliche Kommunikation betrifft. Keine ewig langen Servicehotline-Warteschlangen mit wenig engagierten, fast schon unfreundlichen Mitarbeitern, sondern fachlichkompetende Sachbearbeiterin, die ihrem Arbeitgeber loyal, aber auch dem Kunden gleichzeitig gegenüber sehr engagiert ist, eine schnelle und gute Lösung zu finden, so dass alle Beteiligten das bestmögliche Ergebnis bekommen. Das ist in der Verkaufsbranche mittlerweile leider eine seltene Ausnahme geworden. Mich hat das begeistert und daher werde ich nach vielen oft wirklich sehr negativen Erfahrungen bei Konkurrenzunter-nehmen meine Einkäufe sehr gerne weiterhin bei Jysk tätigen. Qualität und guter Service sind sehr wertvoll in der heutigen Zeit und verdienen im Ausgleich die Loyalität der Käufer als Beweis der Zufriedenheit im Umkehrschluss. Bitte weiter so, die Menschen werden das nicht vergessen und danke für Ihre schnelle Hilfe ❤️

We also offer a local home delivery service from our stores to all customers located in the UK. The delivery costs are estimated by the distance from our stores to your delivery address. We will contact you via SMS once your order has been dispatched with the local courier from the store. Please note that this delivery service is only available in-store.

JYSK is proud to offer our broad assortment in both our stores and online. However in some cases a specific product can only be purchased through Click & Collect or directly in our stores. This can be the case with fragile articles, articles going out of assortment or articles sold only for a short period of time.
