Exchanges at JYSK
We always exchange items with a smile. We don’t impose a time limit on our exchanges. But you must return it with the original receipt, the item must be unopened, in its original packaging and in good condition.
 

Complaints
Should you have a specific complaint about faulty items purchased at JYSK, please bring the item and receipt back to your local JYSK store.


Business to Business
If you are interested in buying items in larger quantities for hotels, or other businesses, we are always willing to help. Please contact JYSK at btb-uk@jysk.com.

Guarantee
At JYSK we provide extended item guarantees on selected items in our range, including most of our mattresses. Remember to save your receipt and guarantee certificate.
