Off-white and sand-coloured curtains in living and dining room

The buyer’s favourite within window dressing

Whether you prefer light and flowy or heavy curtains in your home, new curtains and blinds are a fast and simple way to renew the visual expression. Anne Mette Amstrup Bang is our expert when it comes to window dressing trends, qualities, and functionalities. In this blog post, she shares her favourites in the assortment with us.

“This season we have focused on adding curtains made in light and flowy fabric to our assortment,” Anne Mette says and continues: “These lighter curtains fit perfectly with the season, and curtains in lighter shades will typically have a place in the home for a longer period, as it is not colours that you get tired of so easily.”

ABRAUR off-white curtain

“The ABRAUR curtain is one of the new lighter curtains we are introducing this season. The curtain is off-white and has a discreet slightly random stripe in the fabric, which gives it a really nice look.”

ABRAUR can be put on both a rail and a curtain rod and can easily be shortened with an iron, a cloth and the included hemtape.

LYR curtains with a natural look

Sheer curtain made in linen and polyester

“Another trend that we see within curtains is the natural look. A curtain that fits in this trend is our curtain LYR, which is made of linen and polyester. The linen gives the fabric a nice raw structure and the hole pattern gives it at the same time a feminine appearance.

NESVATN heavy curtain

“I also have to mention our popular heavy curtain NESVATN. It is a favourite with our customers, and I understand why. The curtain is made in a nice chenille quality and comes in beautiful sand and navy. It is a heavy curtain that blocks out most sunlight and prying eyes – without being a blackout curtain,” Anne Mette says as we go on to her last favourite.

BOLGA blackout blinds

“If you are on the lookout for curtains or blinds that blocks out sunlight completely then I would recommend our blackout roller blind BOLGA. The simple design makes it a good option for most homes and the price matches most budgets. Perfect for the bedroom or living room combined with for example ABRAUR curtain.”

BOLGA can be spot cleaned with water and the width can be trimmed.
