Incomplete delivery - Undelivered package
Wardrobe was ordered on 13/05/2026. Received invoice for the order 5 days later on 18/05/2026 stating delivery within 4 - 9 working days including an 8 digit code for checking delivery status through JYSK which did not work. On 20/05/2026 an email was received from JYSK stating delivery date and time for 21/05/2026 between 07:00 to 08:29. Delivery was made, however box 1 of 5 was missing (which is the box with all the hardware, screws etc). The driver had informed DX Delivery, I contacted JYSK, then I received another email 22/05/2026 stating my delivery will be made on 26/05/2026 between 12:58 to 14:58. No delivery attempt was made. I contacted DX Delivery and was informed the box was extremely damage and a request for a new delivery had been made to JYSK. I contacted JYSK and was informed that the package will be sent out by 29/05/2026 the latest and I should receive it by 03/06/2026. It got to 03/06/2026 and nothing arrived, no tracking received, DX Delivery had not even received the package. I called JYSK and was again informed that it will be sent to DX Delivery by 05/06/2026 and out for delivery by 09/06/2026. It got to 09/06/2026, no tracking or any confirmation about it being sent for delivery had been received, so I called JYSK to find out what is going on and when it will be delivered and was again informed 'it will be sent to DX Delivery 11/06/2026, 12/06/2026 the latest and it should be delivered by the 15/06/2026 - 16/06/2026. I called JYSK on 12/06/2026 to get confirmation it has been sent for delivery and was again told it had not been sent for delivery and that it will be sent to DX Delivery on 15/06/2026, 16/06/2026 the latest. It's now been over a month, I'm £325 out of pocket with 4 boxes of an unbuildable, unusable wardrobe that is taking up space in my hallway. Absolutely terrible

Easy to assemble, solid once up. Look smart and clean with plenty of storage. Only improvement to suggest is maybe a mirror but other than that 0 faults.

Great quality great price well worth money delivered on time a few dints and scratches but they cannot be helped not see able on outside love how you can swap shelves around to suit needs of storage overall fantastic would buy again

Mycket garderob för pengarna
Stor och rymlig garderob. Man behöver vara stark och minst två om man ska lyckas få ihop den. Ett litet minus till emballaget som är väldigt ömtåligt. Det finns risk att någon del blir skadad under transport. Annars är jag mycket nöjd!

Aufgrund der zuletzt vielen schlechten Bewertungen waren wir zunächst skeptisch aber der Schrank hat uns überzeugt. Preis/Leistung ist unserer Meinung nach unschlagbar.

Uma só palavra para o avaliar... simplesmente fantástico! Montagem um pouco difícil, pelo tamanho e obviamente peso que tem... mas compensa pela qualidade.
Litt missfornøyd over kvaliteten og montering
Monterte ferdig skapet idag og der hvor skuffe brakettene skal monteres så matcher ikke hullene der hvor skruene skal inn. Prøvde å få det så rett som det gikk, men førte til at skuffene setter seg fast. Her må jeg da ødelegge hjulene til skuffene får å få de ut igjen pga skruene er litt skjeve. Burde vært bedre kon på rails til skuff så de ikke stikker ut, og mer nøyaktig ferdig-hull i plater. Kom også med ferdig avskalling på midt dør, og flere små skrammer fra innpakning som ikke er å bare vaske bort. Tittet ikke nøye nok over alt før montering, eller så ville jeg ha reklamert på dette. Alt i alt litt missfornøyd og vil nok unngå å kjøpe lignende en annen gang.

You have access to an even wider assortment online than you can find at our stores. If you want to buy online only products, just order and pay on our website and choose to have them delivered to a JYSK store of your choice.
You will be contacted by JYSK when your products are delivered to the store and ready to be picked up.
Home delivery of small packages – see prices
When you shop online, you can always choose to get your order delivered to your own home, at work or anywhere else which is convenient for you.
Small packages are be delivered by mail or by a company specialised in packaging delivery services.
Larges packages, cargo – see prices
When buying big or heavy products such as mattresses, sofas or other kinds of furniture, a lot of customers prefer a home delivery.

We also offer a local home delivery service from our stores to all customers located in the UK. The delivery costs are estimated by the distance from our stores to your delivery address. We will contact you via SMS once your order has been dispatched with the local courier from the store. Please note that this delivery service is only available in-store.

JYSK is proud to offer our broad assortment in both our stores and online. However in some cases a specific product can only be purchased through Click & Collect or directly in our stores. This can be the case with fragile articles, articles going out of assortment or articles sold only for a short period of time.
