Our price security guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Remember to bring your invoice or quote your order number for online purchases.
This price guarantee is not valid on: garden furniture during garden furniture clearance, end of season Christmas offers, selected special events including; BLACK Friday, CYBER Monday, GREEN weekend, Midsummer Magic weekend, VIP weekends and on discontinued articles or display models.
If, by mistake, we have under-priced an article, we will not be liable to supply that article to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the product to you. In those circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel your order. In the event we cancel your order, we will give you a full refund on any amount already paid for that article including shipping costs in accordance with our return and refund policy.
