How can I track my delivery?

Only orders delivered with DPD can be tracked via a tracking link.

Once your order is dispatched from our main warehouse in Denmark, an e-mail with your invoice will be send to you. Your tracking information will be in this e-mail as well.

Your tracking link will not be active until DPD scan in your order at their depot. Shipping from Denmark to UK can take 3-5 working days. Please allow 3-5 working days before tracking your order via tracking link.

For orders delivered to a JYSK store or by Cargo courier, you will be contacted when your order is received and handled at courier/store.

What are the freight and delivery costs?

Delivery to address of your choice - Delivery charges apply
In JYSK we offer a delivery service all across England, Wales & Scotland (we do not deliver to islands without bridges). 
The deliveries and made direct to our customers from our Distribution Centre in Denmark and not from the UK or the stores. There are no additional customs fees charged to customers.

Delivery service and price will depend on order volume and weight.
Our website will calculate the delivery service and price for you once you put the items in the basket.

Delivery to store - No delivery cost apply
  • Delivery time: Up to 13 working days
  • Basket value has to be £60 or more
  • Must be collected within 7 days from when the order is ready in the store

Parcel delivery: Small light orders - e.g. duvets, towels and bed linen
  • Delivery charges from £3.99
  • Delivery time: 4-8 working days
  • Standard front door delivery on all orders

Cargo delivery: Larger and heavy orders - e.g. furniture, wardrobes and bed solutions
  • Delivery charges from £24.99
  • Delivery time: 10-12 working days
  • Standard front door delivery on all orders

When will my order be delivered?

Please note all order are delivered from our warehouse in Denmark. Due to Brexit delivery time from Denmark to UK has increased. This increased delivery time is already calculated in to the estimated times above.
Once your order is received and handled, you will be contacted to arrange either collection (delivery to store) or delivery.

If our estimated delivery time has passed, and you have not heard further about your order, please contact our JYSK Customer Service Team via our Live Chat or by calling 0330 088 3818.

Parcel delivery (DPD)
Delivery time: 4-8 working days (Mon-Fri) 

Cargo Home delivery (Rhenus) – furniture and other larger articles;
Delivery time: 10-12  working days (Mon-Fri)

Delivery to a JYSK store
Delivery time: 8-13 working days (Mon-Fri)

Where in the country does JYSK deliver to?

Our delivery areas are split into zones based on their location in the UK

PARCEL POST (SMALLER ARTICLES):
Parcel post is delivered as standard to the front door of the delivery address within 4 to 7 working days.
 
CARGO SHIPMENTS (LARGE ARTICLES):

The carrier will deliver cargo shipments to your delivery address within 5 to 15 working days. The price of the shipment will depend on weight, size, volume, delivery area and delivery type.
 
Additional delivery information
  1. You will receive a SMS with proposals for delivery dates from our carrier thus giving you the opportunity to select the preferred delivery date.
  2. On the day of delivery the driver will contact you to confirm that delivery is en route providing a 4 hour delivery window.
Please note;
  • Delivery delays may occur during peak periods and in winter time due to weather conditions.
  • Customers are responsible for disposing of any packaging materials.

Where is my DPD delivery?

Our delivery time on parcel orders are between 4-8 working days (Mon-Fri) from you placing the order until delivery.

All our online orders are being dispatched from our warehouse in Denmark.
The shipment from Denmark to the UK can take 3-5 days.

Once you receive your Track & Trace number, in the dispatch e-mail sent from us, your order is expected delivered within the next 3-5 working days.

Will Brexit affect my delivery/order?

All our online orders are being dispatched from our warehouse in Denmark.
Due to Brexit our deliveries can be stopped temporarily in customs. The possible extra delivery times have already been calculated in to our estimated delivery time.

There will be no additional Brexit related costs when your JYSK order is delivered.
