Only orders delivered with DPD can be tracked via a tracking link.
Once your order is dispatched from our main warehouse in Denmark, an e-mail with your invoice will be send to you. Your tracking information will be in this e-mail as well.
Your tracking link will not be active until DPD scan in your order at their depot. Shipping from Denmark to UK can take 3-5 working days. Please allow 3-5 working days before tracking your order via tracking link.
For orders delivered to a JYSK store or by Cargo courier, you will be contacted when your order is received and handled at courier/store.
