High, adjustable pillow
The shredded foam filling can be removed, so you can adjust the pillow until you find a height that suits your sleeping position. As a rule of thumb, the height of your pillow should support keeping your neck and spine aligned in a straight line. The right height depends mostly on how you sleep, but the firmness of your mattress also plays a role.
Shredded memory foam
Memory foam shapes precisely to your neck and shoulders, letting your head sink comfortably into the pillow. It spreads your weight evenly, which helps take pressure off your muscles and joints. As memory foam has a closed cell structure, it might feel slightly warmer than other filling types like latex or down.
Cooling effect
One side of the pillow has a thin layer of cooling gel and fabric, so you can choose between a refreshingly cool side or a regular side. The gel works by absorbing your body heat and leading it away, giving you an instant cooling feeling. Plus, the fabric contains polyethylene fibre, which naturally feels cool to the touch.
Ventilation holes
The pillow is quilted with AIR memory foam with small holes that increase air flow through the pillow and transport moisture away. This helps keep the pillow fresh and dry, even over extended periods of use.
Washable cover
The pillow has a zippered cover that can easily be removed and machine-washed at 40°C to keep it fresh and clean. The filling cannot be washed.

Pur-fect
So brought one of these as i do like to have 2 pillows to sleep on. Was a bit upset to see the height and softness of some of them as wantwd a big pillow medium to firm. Whilst in store i jumped onto a bed with this pillow to try it out. After a few weeks with this pillow, no sagging and so happy with the coolness and support of this pillow i purchased another.
