Medium pillow
If you usually sleep on your back, a medium pillow could be a great fit for you. As a rule of thumb, your pillow should be high enough to keep your neck and spine aligned in a straight line. The right height depends mostly on how you sleep, but your mattress firmness also plays a role.

A 1-chamber pillow is designed to be both mouldable and easy to fluff back into shape. The boxed edge design allows the pillow to provide even support.
Siliconised, spiral-shaped hollow-fibres
Spiral-shaped fibres greatly increase volume. Their three-dimensional shape makes them bounce against each other and retain fullness. The cavities in hollow fibres trap air for lightness and give the pillow a bouncy feel. Silicone coating makes the fibres soft and smooth, which creates a pleasant feel and prevents them from getting tangled up. Filling weight 650 g.
Polyester fabric
Polyester is a durable material, which holds up well over time, even with frequent use.
Wash
The pillow can be machine-washed at 60°C to keep it fresh and clean. Washing at 60°C or above will remove unwanted dust mites from the fabric. Use a suitable detergent for fibre filling.

This product is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified. This means every component is tested by independent OEKO-TEX® institutes and meets strict limits for harmful substances.

Nice to find a good value pillow in a smaller size
Lovely pillow
Second one. I have ordered; these pillows are far superior to other pillows I’ve had, all very expensive. Excellent value. Also,packaging keeps plastic to a minimum.
Pillow delight
I have searched and searched for a pillow to suit me. And guess what I've found it ! It's the softest but mist supportive pillow I have ever slept on. I had stayed in a hotel and slept very well, when I wanted to change my own pillows I remembered the hotel, phoned and asked who supplied their pillows they said Jysk....you know 5ge rest....thank you
