This promotion is conducted by JYSK UK Limited, 1st Floor Biostat House, Pepper Road, Hazel Grove, Stockport, SK7 5BW (registered no. 6336261).
1. Customers purchasing items from a JYSK UK Store or online at JYSK.co.uk during a ‘BUY NOW’ promotional period before Black Friday, from Wednesday, 20th November to Wednesday, 27th November may be entitled to receive a JYSK gift card subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
2. Customers who purchase a new item in-store or online from JYSK UK between 15:30 GMT 20th November 2019 and 23:59 GMT 27th November 2019 (promotional period) may be entitled to make a claim for a gift card refund, as set out below.
3. JYSK UK may apply various discounts to items in-store and online during their Black Friday event promotion, from 28th November - 1st December 2019. If the purchased qualifying item that you register in accordance with condition 8 is sold at a lower price during JYSK’s Black Friday event, you will be entitled to claim a refund, given on a gift card, equivalent to the difference between the price you paid for the qualifying item and the price of the qualifying item during JYSK’s Black Friday event.
E.g. if you purchase a qualifying item for £200 during the promotional period and that item is reduced to £150 on Black Friday, you will be entitled to claim a refund on a gift card of £50.
4. To be eligible to participate in this promotion you must be aged 18 or over and residing in the United Kingdom (‘Participant’). Participants must be consumers, purchases made for businesses are excluded from participating in this Promotion. Refunds shall be given in the form of a JYSK Gift Card to be redeemed in-store or online at JYSK.co.uk.
5. Claims must be made by the Participant via email to customerservice@JYSK.com and must not be submitted through agents, retailers, resellers, third parties or in bulk.
6. Only one claim form per Participant is permitted to be submitted.
7. Participants who return the qualifying item at any time up to and including 31 January 2020 will not be eligible to receive the Refund.
8. The qualifying items are subject to availability while stocks last.
9. Participants will receive their refund by JYSK gift card bank within 21 days of successful claim validation.
10. Copy Receipt must be provided for in-store claims and Online Order numbers must be provided. Claims that are incomplete will be deemed invalid. JYSK UK Customer Service dept. are not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged claims, which occur during any communication of claims.
11. JYSK UK reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions and to disqualify claims, which it considers do not comply with these Terms and Conditions at any time at its own discretion.
12. JYSK UK shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect themselves against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to generate or require further verification as to proof of purchase, as well as the identity, age, and other relevant details of a Participant, deny a Refund, or terminate the Promotion due to excessive fraud. 13. JYSK UK may process your personal information to operate this Promotion.
14. The Promotion is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
