Terrible customer service
I received a box which we opened a month or so after delivery as we were renovating and couldn’t assemble immediately. When we opened to build the drawers we quickly realised that there should have been two boxes however only one was noted on the assignment. We now have half of the major parts missing, l have sent two emails, tried to access the online chat multiple times and it’s always offline and called numerous times all unsuccessfully. I wouldn’t buy from JYSK again. Basically that’s £100 of our hard earned money gone to waste! We need the drawers to finish our project. Next steps will be a formal complainant requesting compensation if this matter is left unresolved.

So pleased with this set of drawers. Very sturdy and great quality for the price. Lovely deep drawers enabling you to get a lot in.

Very good deep drawers and very heavy
Easy to assemble but material came with defects
It arrived with two edges that were broken on two of the pieces. I decided to let it go and cover it with tape since I needed the drawer quite urgently. I guess that is what you get for the price. On the positive side: it is easy to assemble and steady enough. The delivery was not good. I paid extra for in-house delivery and I had to beg the delivery guy to help me put the two boxes inside the building. He was going to leave them outside, even though I am visibly very pregnant (8 months) and I explained that I was alone.

Krásná komoda, jednoduché sestavení, pevná a stabilní. Šuplíky jsou dostatečně hluboké, zvládnou i větší zátěž. Využijí nejen pro zařízení ložnice.

Heilt grusomme skuffer. Kjøpte 6-7 stk.. brukt mye penger på de. Brukt disse i 5 mnd alle skuffene e ødelagt allerede og heilt grusomme å få opp.. Veldig fine, men ikke brukbare. Heilt elendige..

Pæn kommode svær at samle skufferne er ikke så dybe måske skulle der kun ha været tre. Men glad for kommoden
