The best customer service ever
The material looked used after 10 days and unfortunately we had to return it but it was very comfy. However, the customer service was second to none and I would definitely buy from this store again as they have a wide range of furniture. They made my returm very easy.
Bad quality
After six months of use, a distinct sag appeared in the left corner. My complaint was denied, citing that this was typical wear and tear. By that reasoning, I'd need to replace the couch every six months—completely absurd
Sofa bed
Disappointed with my order , sofa came broken tried to contact customer service but no one reply back !
Value for money
The design is nice, as described in the website. The delivery was pretty fast within the timeframes given. Very easy to assemble, it took me one person less than 10mins. The quality is what you pay for, not great though is comfortable enough for a guests room.
Good but firm
It is everything you would expect from a sofa bed at this price point. Assembly was super easy and bed opens up quickly to provide a generous bed area (some runners on the edges would make it even easier). The under-seat storage is of good size and very handy. However, its very very very firm and would recommend a mattress topper to make it more comfortable - especially if intended to be used on a regular basis. Overall, its minimalist design means that it will fit in with any interior style - shame it does no come in a wider selection of fabric colours - but it can be enlivened with a bright throw or cushions.

We also offer a local home delivery service from our stores to all customers located in the UK. The delivery costs are estimated by the distance from our stores to your delivery address. We will contact you via SMS once your order has been dispatched with the local courier from the store. Please note that this delivery service is only available in-store.

JYSK is proud to offer our broad assortment in both our stores and online. However in some cases a specific product can only be purchased through Click & Collect or directly in our stores. This can be the case with fragile articles, articles going out of assortment or articles sold only for a short period of time.
