- Find the items you want to reserve
- Click on "Reserve and get in store"
- Select the JYSK store where you want to pick up the items
- Complete the required fields and end the reservation
- Within 2 hours, you will receive confirmation that your goods are ready to be retrieved.
Order online pick up in-store
When shopping at JYSK.co.uk, you can choose 'order online pick up in store' as your delivery option when you spend over £60. 'Order online pick up in store' means that you will pay for your order online and have your items delivered for FREE to a JYSK store of your choosing. You will be notified when your items are ready for collection from your selected store.
Unlimited Returns
When you want to return an item, there's usually a time frame in which you must make the return. At JYSK, there is no time limitation so you can return the item in your own time without any hassle and you can even return items bought online in our stores.
We provide a full refund without time limitation for products that are returned with proof of purchase. This applies for products bought in stores as well as online.
Price guarantee - Buy Christmas presents at January prices
If you bought a mattress or any furniture item before Christmas, and see it at a lower price in January, you will receive the difference back on a JYSK gift card to use in-store or online. Remember the receipt!
