How long is my Click & Collect -order reserved for?

When ordering a Click & Collect order to a store, the order must be picked up and paid for within the next two (2) days after that confirmation has been sent.When you arrive at the store, just hand over the reservation number from the confirmation SMS and the store will have your order packed and ready for you.  Anyone can pick the order for you.

My Click & Collect -order has not been confirmed within 30mins?

The store should confirm your reservation on a SMS within 30 minutes of making your reservation during store opening hours. If the store has not confirmed your reservation, please contact JYSK Customer Service and we will solve the matter for you.
Our Customer Service Team have access to all store systems and will be able to contact the store for you and follow up on your reservation.

JYSK Price Guarantee and how to use it?

It is important to us that you feel good before, during and after your purchase at JYSK. That is why we offer Price Guarantee.   
If you find an item that you have purchased at JYSK at a cheaper price (at JYSK or in another store) within 30 days after your purchase, we will refund the price difference on a gift card. You can use the gift card in a JYSK store in UK or on JYSK.co.uk. We are matching prices from all physical UK stores as well as UK online stores.  
Conditions for the Price guarantee:
JYSK matches the price on all identical items. See also "Exceptions" belowThe Price guarantee claim must be made within 30 days from date of purchase or deliveryThe price to be matched must be effective at the time that the Price Guarantee claim is madeYou must be able to present proof of purchase (original receipt) from JYSKYou must be able to present documentation from the competitor. E.g. a catalogue, a link to the offer or similar 
Exceptions:
Items that are not identical are not covered by the Price Guarantee. The product must be the same model and have the same technical specifications, including the same brand/manufacturer, same colour, same dimensions, same accessories, same size, same content etc. - thus a 100 % identical product.The Price guarantee does not cover remaining lots, opening and reopening offers, exhibition models, special orders or season-end sale.The Price Guarantee does not cover "Everyday Low Prices"The Price Guarantee does not cover services such as delivery, special offers on freight etc.The Price Guarantee applies only to private purchases.

How can I check if a product is in stock at a JYSK-store?

To check a product's stock status in-store, enter the product name or number in the search field on JYSK.co.uk. You can also search by product groups, like "chest of drawers," or navigate through the menus. Click on the product image to view its details, then click the "In stock in xx stores" text and enter your location.
If under "Click & Collect" it says "not available in stores", it means product is not immediately available at store. However, you can visit the store to pay and order the product. Please note that products available only online are not stocked in our stores, so their stock status cannot be checked in-store.
To reserve items for Click & Collect, find the items you wish to purchase on JYSK.co.uk and click ‘Reserve online - Collect in store’. If the store you're interested in is not listed, the product is unfortunately not in stock at the moment.
After placing the order, you will receive an email confirming the reservation. Within 30 minutes (during store opening hours), the store will send you an SMS with a confirmation and an order number. The order will be active for pickup for the next 2 opening days. Bring the SMS to the cash register, and the store will hand out your order. Please note that Click & Collect orders must be paid for in the store where the order was created.
Some articles may only be available for online purchase on JYSK.co.uk. This will be clearly stated on the product pages as ONLINE ONLY.

Can I bring my dog to a JYSK store?

Unfortunately four-legged family members must stay at home while you shop with us. Guide dogs/service dogs at work are of course welcome to join us in our stores.

Where can I find my nearest store and opening hours?

Accepted Answer

The map shows you the location of all our stores in England.
When you search for stores using your address, city or current location, you will see the stores in your area on the map. When you click on the store you want on the map, you will also see the store address and opening hours.
Opening hours are updated regularly, for example, according to public holidays.

I paid for the product in the store and it went to order - where is my order?

The delivery time for In-Store-orders is usually 2-3 weeks. If it has been more than three weeks since you placed your order and there was no mention of a longer delivery time, please contact our Customer Service. We will check the status of your order. Please have your receipt ready so you can provide details about the product you ordered and the store where the order was placed.

Why can't I call the store directly?

We have centralized our Customer Service to ensure the speed and quality of our service. All calls are directed to our Customer Service Center.
Our Customer Service team can assist with all store-related questions. They receive the same product training as our store staff every year to ensure professional assistance with all inquiries.
Our Customer Service can provide additional information about products, check product availability, reserve products, and assist with complaints and returns. They maintain close contact with the stores, allowing us to handle your matter efficiently, regardless of the contact channel.

Where do I find stock status in a store of a specific article?

Find the items that you wish to purchase on JYSK.co.uk and click ‘Reserve online - Collect in store'.  If the store you're interested in is not listed, this means the product is unfortunately not in stock at the moment.  You will receive an email confirming the reservation has been made. The store will within 30 minutes (in store opening hours) send you a SMS, with a confirmation and an order number. When an order number and order confirmation is received on SMS, the order is active for pick up for the next 48 hrs. Just bring the SMS to the cash register and store will hand out the order to you.NB: Click & Collect must be paid in the store the order is created in. Please note that some articles may only be available for online purchase on JYSK.co.uk - availability will be clearly stated on the articles on JYSK.co.uk as ONLINE ONLY.
