Can I create an order online and pay in a JYSK store?

Yes, you can reserve goods online for pick up and pay in a store. We call this service Click and Collect.
Find the items that you wish to purchase on JYSK.co.uk and click ‘Reserve online - Collect in store'.  If the store you're interested in is not listed, this means the product is unfortunately not in stock at the moment. 
 
You will receive an email confirming the reservation has been made. The store will within 1 hour (in store opening hours) send you an SMS, with a confirmation and an order number. When an order number and order confirmation is received on SMS, the order is active for pick up. You must collect the reservation within the next 2 days after that confirmation has been sent. Just bring the SMS to the cash register and store will hand out the order to you.
NB: Click & Collect must be paid in the store the order is created to and we are unable to transfer stock from store to store 
 
Please note that some articles may only be available for online purchase on JYSK.co.uk - availability will be clearly stated on the articles on JYSK.co.uk as ONLINE ONLY. These products cannot be ordered online and delivered to stores.

My Click & Collect has not been confirmed within 30 min of the stores opening hours

If the store has not confirmed your reservation on a SMS within 30 min from placing the Click & Collect order (within the stores opening hours), please contact JYSK Customer Service via our Live Chat or Telephone 0330 088 3818.

Our Customer Service Team have access to all store systems and will be able to contact the store for you to follow up on your reservation.

The garden furniture is not in stock in my local JYSK store and cannot be ordered online?

Our summer season is our busiest. This means our garden furniture is popular and in high demand. 

We are getting deliveries from our distribution centre in Denmark all the time.

Please see our website for the most up to date information about our garden furniture and stock.

NB! We do not offer delivery in between stores and cannot move stock from one store to another.

What is the JYSK Return & Exchange policy?

At JYSK it is easy to return or exchange a product if you change your mind.  

We provide a full refund without time limitation for unused products that are returned with proof of purchase. This applies for products bought in stores as well as online. The fastest and easiest way to return your product is in a JYSK store. If you return the product in a store your refund will be processed immediately, the refund will include the transport cost you paid online. Returning items to a store ensures a better condition of the product so we can re-sell it to another happy customer. For a transport fee, we can also arrange return of the online order, if needed. Packaging of products you wish to return   

At JYSK we care about sustainability. Therefore, we kindly ask you to keep the packaging until you are sure you want to keep your purchase, so you can use it to return your product(s).  

When you return a product in a store we prefer to receive it back in original condition and packaging. In this case we can re-sell the product and make another customer happy. If the product is not in the original condition, the  store will determine if we will make a full or partial refund, or offer a credit voucher. It is not mandatory to disassemble the product when you return it to a store. 

If we arrange the return of the product by our carrier the product needs to be disassembled and wrapped in order to keep the product intact and to ensure your full refund. We recommend to open your packages carefully and keep the packaging if you are not sure about your purchase.

We offer a 100 day trial period for GOLD mattresses. Please note that our 100-day trial is an exchange policy, not a return policy. The 100-day trial does not apply on GOLD mattress toppers.

Please note: 

  • If you return a product that is damaged or used in a way which significantly reduces the value, we reserve the right to reduce or decline the refund.  

  • If you don’t have the proof of purchase, we offer for you to exchange the product for a new item or you can get a credit voucher. The value of the credit voucher will be the product’s lowest price in the last 30 days. For online orders your proof of purchase is the invoice you received by email and for store purchases this is your receipt not a bank transaction. 

  • Custom-made products that are not based on standard choices and that have been manufactured according to your own specifications generally have a reduced return value.  

  • When you return a product in a store we will refund the freight costs you have paid with your online order. For online orders this only applies when the full order is being returned in a store. If you want JYSK to make arrangements for the return, we will not refund the initial freight costs, as the amount will cover our costs of returning the product.  If you return an order in a store that is home delivered by the local store carrier, you do not receive the delivery costs back.

When must I collect my Click & Collect order?

When ordering a Click & Collect order to a store, the order must be picked up and paid for within the next 2 days after the confirmation has been sent. 
 
When you arrive at the store, just hand over the reservation number from the confirmation SMS and the store will have your order packed and ready for you.

Where can I use a JYSK gift card?

JYSK Gift cards can be used in all JYSK stores in the country and also on our website JYSK.co.uk.
Our gift cards are valid 5 years from the purchase date and can be bought in all our stores and on our website.

Online - when you have placed all articles in the basket, continue to Secure checkout.
You will be taken to your basket. In here there will be a gift card link above the total price.

All 16 digits must be entered for the Gift Card to work.
If you have a gift card from a store, the last 4 digits will be under the safety sticker. 

You will have to continue to secure payment for the order to be placed, even though the gift card will cover the total price of the order. No payment will be taken in this case.

Where do I find specific details of a product?

If you wish to see detailed information about a product, please see our webpage where all specifications and full descriptions.
 
Write the name or article number of the relevant product in the search field.  Then choose 'Details' which is located beneath the pictures of the article.

Where do I find stock status in a store of a specific article?

Find the items that you wish to purchase on JYSK.co.uk and click ‘Reserve online - Collect in store'.  If the store you're interested in is not listed, this means the product is unfortunately not in stock at the moment. 
 
You will receive an email confirming the reservation has been made. The store will within 1 hour (in store opening hours) send you a SMS, with a confirmation and an order number. When an order number and order confirmation is received on SMS, the order is active for pick up for the next 48 hrs. Just bring the SMS to the cash register and store will hand out the order to you.
