Answer

You can track parcel orders via DPD when they contact you to offer a delivery date.

You can also track your larger cargo order via Rhenus Home Delivery. This will be available when they contact you to arrange delivery.

Answer

Small deliveries – parcels;

  • If your order is shipped as a smaller package we usually deliver within 4-7 working days.
Large deliveries – furniture and other larger articles;
  • If your order is shipped as a large delivery which requires delivery by a freight company we usually deliver within 5-15 working days.
  • The courier will call you before delivery takes place to advise when the goods will arrive.
Accepting your delivery:
Before accepting your delivery please make sure that the number of boxes/packages matches the number on the delivery sheet.
Inspect all boxes/packaging for any obvious damage.

Quantity Discrepancies:
If the number of boxes/packages is less advise the driver that there is a shortage.
Any discrepancies, no matter how minor, should be reported immediately to customerservice@jysk.com or by calling Customer Services on 03300 883 818.

Damaged goods
 If boxes/packages look as though they are damaged you have two options:
  1. Refuse the delivery and sign the paper work 'Refused due to damage'
  2. Accept the delivery, make the delivery person aware and sign for the goods clearly writing damaged on the delivery paperwork
 
In both situations you should contact JYSK by email to customerservice@jysk.com or by calling Customer Services on 03300 883 818 immediately and report the problem.

Answer

For small deliveries the delivery date cannot be changed.

In the event that you are not present at your address upon the transport company delivering your order, you will be notified by the delivery company and you will need to contact them to arrange re-delivery at a later date.

For larger articles our carrier company will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time - we will never attempt delivery until we have agreed a date with you.

Our delivery areas are split into zones based on their location in the UK

PARCEL POST (SMALLER ARTICLES):
Parcel post is delivered as standard to the front door of the delivery address within 4 to 7 working days.
 
CARGO SHIPMENTS (LARGE ARTICLES):

The carrier will deliver cargo shipments to your delivery address within 5 to 15 working days. The price of the shipment will depend on weight, size, volume, delivery area and delivery type.
 
Additional delivery information
  1. You will receive a SMS with proposals for delivery dates from our carrier thus giving you the opportunity to select the preferred delivery date.
  2. On the day of delivery the driver will contact you to confirm that delivery is en route providing a 4 hour delivery window.
Please note;
  • Delivery delays may occur during peak periods and in winter time due to weather conditions.
  • Customers are responsible for disposing of any packaging materials.
