For Small Parcel deliveries the delivery date can't be changed.
For large Cargo deliveries, delivery date can be selected from the options presented to you by our cargo carrier once they have received your order. If none of the available dates suit you, please contact our Customer Service Team on our Live Chat or on telephone.
In the event that you are not present at your address when the transport company is delivering your order, you will be notified by the delivery company and you will need to contact them to arrange re-delivery at a later date.
We will never deliver goods to you unless you have agreed a date and time with our transport company. Our transport company will contact you, within 10 to 12 working days. Once they are in receipt of your goods you will receive an email/sms to arrange a delivery date and time.

All our online orders are being dispatched from our warehouse in Denmark.
Due to Brexit our deliveries can be stopped temporarily in customs.
There will be no additional Brexit related costs when your JYSK order is delivered.
