Write the name or article number of the relevant product in the search field on JYSK.ie Then choose 'Details' which is located beneath the pictures of the article.

Return your purchase anytime.
At JYSK, it's easy to return or exchange a product if you change your mind.
We provide a full refund without time limitation for products that are returned with proof of purchase. This applies for products bought in stores as well as online.
 
Also in JYSK we offer all our customers a country wide return policy meaning that you can return your JYSK product in any of our JYSK stores in the country. Even if the product has been bought at our online shop.
Please note:

  • If you do not have proof of purchase, we offer you an exchange for another product or a credit voucher. This will apply if the product was given as a present.
  • If you return a product that is damaged or used in a way which significantly reduces the value, we reserve the right to reduce the refund.
  • Custom-made products such as fabrics, mattresses or wardrobes made to measure generally have a reduced return value.
  • If you return the item at a JYSK store or otherwise make arrangements for the return yourself, we will refund the initial freight cost. If you prefer JYSK to make arrangements for the return freight, we will not refund the initial freight cost to you, as the amount will cover our cost of returning the item.
  • We offer a 100 day trial period for GOLD mattresses. Read more about GOLD mattresses.
NB: All articles paid in a store must be returned in store. 
 
Cancellation of an online order prior to receipt
 
If you wish to cancel your order from JYSK.co.uk before taking receipt of the item, you must contact JYSK Customer Service on our Live Chat or ring us on Telephone: 0330 088 3818. Our Customer Service will arrange a cancellation and refund of order and any delivery costs. 
  • If you have not accepted delivery of your order you will not be charged extra for the return of the order.

Find the items that you wish to purchase on JYSK.co.uk and click ‘Reserve online - Collect in store'.  If the store you're interested in is not listed, this means the product is unfortunately not in stock at the moment. 
 
You will receive an email confirming the reservation has been made. The store will within 1 hour (in store opening hours) send you a SMS, with a confirmation and an order number. When an order number and order confirmation is received on SMS, the order is active for pick up for the additional 2 opening days. Just bring the SMS to the cash register and store will hand out the order to you.

NB: Click & Collect must be paid in the store the order is created in.

JYSK Gift cards can be used in all JYSK stores in the country and also on our website JYSK.co.uk.
Our gift cards are valid 5 years from the purchase date and can be bought in all our stores and on our website.

Answer

Yes, you can reserve goods online for pick up and pay in a store. We call this service Click and Collect.
Find the items that you wish to purchase on JYSK.co.uk and click ‘Reserve online - Collect in store'.  If the store you're interested in is not listed, this means the product is unfortunately not in stock at the moment.

Due to the new government restrictions, some of our stores in England have to close from 31st of December 2020 until the 31st of January 2021/ These stores will remain open for collection only.
This means you can still create a Click and Collect to one of these stores. The store will have all the articles ready for you the same day or next day and you will be able to collect the order outside the store. Note that all Click & Collect orders must be paid by card at collection.

Please note that all collection will be done hands free to prevent the spread of the Corona Virus.

Or you can create an online order for delivery to a store. Please note that an online order with delivery to a store must have a minimum amount of £50. The store will contact you when it is ready for collection within 5-10 week days. Delays can occur in busy periods as Black Friday or Christmas.

Due to the new government restrictions, all of our stores in UK are closed for visiting during the new national restrictions. These stores will remain open for collections only. 
If you already have a store order or an online order to collect in a store you will still be able to collect this in the store.
The store will contact you when your order is ready for collection and it will be left to you outside of the store as a hands free collection. 

Please note that all Click&Collect orders must be paid in store with card at collection.

Due to the current government restrictions all of our stores are closed for visiting and only opened for Click&Collect and Online Order collections.

Collection hours Monday - Sunday 10:00 - 16:00. All Click&Collect and Online Order handouts will be done hands free and the order will be placed outside of the store for you to collect. Please note that all payments in store must be done by card.

Online order delivered to a JYSK store - No delivery cost
 
Delivery to store gives you the opportunity to order a wider range of products than we offer in our stores.
Once your order has been made online, choose a JYSK store near you to get it delivered to.
These products are packed at our central warehouse in Denmark and then shipped to the store. Delivery time from ordering to delivery to the store up to 20 working days.
NB: You can only choose Delivery to Store if your order amounts to €60 or more.

Delivery to address of your choice - Delivery costs apply
JYSK can deliver to customers located in Great Britain.
We distinguish between:

  • Parcel post for smaller items - e.g. duvets, towels and bed linen. Delivery costs from £3.95.
    • Delivery time up to 17 working days
  • Cargo for large items - e.g. mattresses, bed solutions and furniture. Delivery costs from £24.99.
    • Delivery time up to 20 working days.

JYSK will determine the freight method based on the weight and volume of the item(s) you purchase and the delivery area and service.

Our Customer Service Center have access to all store systems and will be able to contact the store for you and follow up on your reservation/

When ordering a Click & Collect order to a store, the order must be pick up and paid for within the same day of ordering or latest the next opening day.
 
When you arrive at the store, just hand over the reservation number from the confirmation SMS and the store will have your order packed and ready for you.
