General

Orders can only be tracked once received at our UK delivery partner.

Once received, you'll receive a SMS/Email with tracking/delivery details


For orders delivered to a JYSK store or by Cargo courier, you will be contacted when your order is received and handled at courier/store.

Delivery to address of your choice - Delivery charges apply
In JYSK we offer a delivery service all across England, Wales & Scotland (we do not deliver to islands without bridges). 
The deliveries and made direct to our customers from our Distribution Centre in Denmark and not from the UK or the stores. There are no additional customs fees charged to customers.

Delivery service and price will depend on order volume and weight.
Our website will calculate the delivery service and price for you once you put the items in the basket.

Delivery to store - No delivery cost apply

  • Delivery time: Up to 13 working days
  • Basket value has to be £60 or more
  • Must be collected within 7 days from when the order is ready in the store


Parcel delivery: Small light orders - e.g. duvets, towels and bed linen

  • Delivery time: 4-8 working days
  • Standard front door delivery on all orders
  • DPD Parcel Locker delivery also available. 


Cargo delivery: Larger and heavy orders - e.g. furniture, wardrobes and bed solutions

  • Delivery time: 10-12 working days
  • Standard front door delivery on all orders

Our delivery areas are split into zones based on their location in the UK

PARCEL POST (SMALLER ARTICLES):
Parcel post is delivered as standard to the front door of the delivery address within 4 to 7 working days.
 
CARGO SHIPMENTS (LARGE ARTICLES):

The carrier will deliver cargo shipments to your delivery address within 5 to 15 working days. The price of the shipment will depend on weight, size, volume, delivery area and delivery type.
 
Additional delivery information
  1. You will receive a SMS with proposals for delivery dates from our carrier thus giving you the opportunity to select the preferred delivery date.
  2. On the day of delivery the driver will contact you to confirm that delivery is en route providing a 4 hour delivery window.
Please note;
  • Delivery delays may occur during peak periods and in winter time due to weather conditions.
  • Customers are responsible for disposing of any packaging materials.

All our online orders are being dispatched from our warehouse in Denmark.
Due to Brexit our deliveries can be stopped temporarily in customs. 

There will be no additional Brexit related costs when your JYSK order is delivered.
