General

When the order is placed online, there is a brief period of time (usually not more than 24 hours) we can push the order into the future if you won't be at home during the expected delivery time frame. After this period has passed and the order has started to be processed, we won't be able to do any amendments.

Once the invoice is sent to you and the carrier has received the order and informed you about the delivery, you will need to contact the carrier directly for any delivery date changes.

Yes, you can.  You will need to inform the store that you want home delivery and they will provide you with the contact information with the third party company for quotations and bookings.

Unfortunately JYSK doesn't offer a collection and recycling service for used products yet.

Only orders delivered with DPD (parcels) can be tracked via tracking link.

Once your order is dispatched from our main warehouse in Dublin, an e-mail with your invoice will be sent to you. Your tracking information will be in this e-mail as well.

Your tracking link will not be active until DPD scan in your order at their depot.

For orders delivered to a JYSK store or by Cargo courier, you will be contacted when your order is received and handled at courier/store.

Online order delivered to a JYSK store - No delivery costs apply

Delivery to store gives you the opportunity to order a wider range of products than we offer in our stores.
Once your order has been made online, choose a JYSK store near you to get it delivered to.

These products are packed at our central warehouse in Denmark and then shipped to the store.
Once the order is received and handled at the store they will contact you to arrange collection.

  • Delivery time from ordering to collection is up to 13 working days.
  • The order must be collected within 7 days after the store have contacted you.

Please note:

  • You can only choose Delivery to Store if your order amounts to £60 or more.
  • Our store staff hold the right not to carry any orders out to your vehicle. Please make sure you can carry the complete order to your vehicle yourself.


Delivery to address of your choice - Delivery costs apply

JYSK offers a delivery service all across England, Wales & Scotland (we do not deliver to islands without bridges). The delivery cost are estimated by the distance from warehouse to your address. The website will calculate the delivery costs once the postcode has been entered.

We distinguish between:

  • Parcel delivery: Small light orders - e.g. duvets, towels and bed linen

    • Delivery costs from £3.99
    • Delivery time: 4-8 working days
    • Standard front door delivery on all orders
    • DPD Parcel Locker delivery also available. 


    Cargo delivery: Larger and heavy orders - e.g. furniture, wardrobes and bed solutions

    • Delivery costs from £24.99 
    • Delivery time: 10-12 working days
    • Standard front door delivery on all orders

Our parcels have a complete delivery time of 4-8 working days (Mon-Fri) from you placing the order until delivery.

All our online orders are being dispatched from our warehouse in Dublin. Once you receive your Track & Trace number, in the dispatch email from us, your order is expected to be delivered within the next working days (Mon - Fri).

If your order haven't been delivered within 5 working days (Mon - Fri) after you placed the order, please contact our Customer Service.
