False Promises!
Having miss ordered this, my fault as I went off the picture and didn't read the description fully, I phoned the customer services. After the automated service told us "please leave your name and number and one of our representatives will call you back" only NOT to be called back I was forced to try one of the outlets (luckily not a million miles away). The staff there were very helpful and totally understanding and sorted out a full refund. Conclusion? Outlets EXCELLENT, Online? Not so much!
Replacement Cover
The frame is fine the high winds caught an edge and ripped the whole canopy but this is brilliant, eco friendly as not replacing the whole unit, new so looking good again, as brilliant customer friendly solution - good for you guys
