Answer

If you wish to see stock status of a given product in our stores please do the following:
Write the name or article number of the relevant product in the search field on JYSK.co.uk.
Choose ‘details’ which is located beneath the price of the article. Then choose ‘Check available stock’.

If an article is not in stock you can Pay Online to have the product delivered to a store of your choice. Select the store at the check out stage.

Answer

Your order is reserved from the time of placing the order and until the store closes on the following day. Please collect your order before the store closes the day after your reservation was made.

When the store has prepared your order for pick up, you will be notified both by e-mail and SMS.

If the store has not contacted you within 2 hours from placing the order, please contact the store to make sure that the click and collect order has been received and processed.

If you have bought an item at JYSK or Online but have since seen the same item displayed at a lower price in one of our JYSK stores or Online, we will make up the difference by granting you a gift card. To obtain a gift card in this situation, simply visit one of our JYSK stores or contact customer services via the e-mail form found here or call 03300 883818 Monday - Friday 9am-6pm. 

Our price security guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Remember to bring your invoice or quote your order number for online purchases.

This price guarantee is not valid on: garden furniture during garden furniture clearance, end of season Christmas offers, selected special events including; BLACK Friday, CYBER Monday, GREEN weekend, Midsummer Magic weekend, VIP weekends and on discontinued articles or display models.
 

If, by mistake, we have under-priced an article, we will not be liable to supply that article to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the product to you. In those circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel your order. In the event we cancel your order, we will give you a full refund on any amount already paid for that article including shipping costs in accordance with our return and refund policy.

The price of an article does not include the shipping costs, as the shipping costs depend on the delivery method and will only be added during checkout. See our delivery details here.    

An asterisk on any image on the website or JYSK UK digital media activity including, but not limited to email marketing and social media marketing, indicates that offers do not include "Hero Articles" or 'EVERYDAY LOW PRICE' Articles.
