Change or cancel order

If you have made the purchase in store;

  • If you wish to change an order place in store, please contact the store in which the order was made.
If you have made the purchase online;
  • Unfortunately it is not possible to amend your order. Please either submit a second order on JYSK.co.uk or ask JYSK Customer Services to delete your original order so you can create a new order online.
  • It may be possible to cancel some items on your order, however this will depend on how far in the packing process the order is. Please contact our Customer Service team on  03300 883 818 who will discuss the options available to you.
  • If you would like to cancel your order please contact our Customer Service team on 03300 883 818.

Reservation of order - Click and collect

Answer

Your order is reserved from the time of placing the order and until the store closes on the following day. Please collect your order before the store closes the day after your reservation was made.

When the store has prepared your order for pick up, you will be notified both by e-mail and SMS.

If the store has not contacted you within 2 hours from placing the order, please contact the store to make sure that the click and collect order has been received and processed.

Yes, you can reserve an order online and pick it up in a store, we call this Click and Collect. Find the items that you wish to purchase on JYSK.co.uk and click ‘Reserve and pick up in the nearest by JYSK store’.

Your order is reserved from the time of placing the order until the store closes on the following working day. Please collect your order before the store closes the day after your reservation was made.

When the store has prepared your order and it’s ready for collection, you will be notified both by e-mail and SMS.

Please note that a small number of articles may only be purchased in our stores, while other articles may only be available on JYSK.co.uk - availability will be clearly stated on the articles on JYSK.co.uk.

When you place an order online, the funds will show as 'pending' in your bank account.

We will take the funds once your articles have left our distribution centre and are on the way to our UK carrier company.
