Memory foam medium firm
I admit I expected to be a bit more firm, but overall I’m okay with it.

Not as soft as I had hoped, I had bought another memory foam mattress which is much softer. This one didn't fulfil my desired feel.
Mattress
Got this mattress for my 14yr old grandson and he couldn't sleep on it he said it was sleeping on a board not good buy so lost out on alot of money cause it will have to be tipped
Appalling
Had to sleep on this thin demonstration mattress whilst in a pandemic, so it’s not new ! for a week after appalling customer service , still not resolved, not answering emails, calls, so they don’t care about your sleep as they advertise
Good kids mattress
When the mattress was first unrolled, it appeared considerably shorter than the bed (about 10-15cm shorter) but after leaving it to relax for a couple of days, it is now the correct size so just an effect of the packaging compression.

We also offer a local home delivery service from our stores to all customers located in the UK. The delivery costs are estimated by the distance from our stores to your delivery address.
