Use of personal details

JYSK operates and is responsible for all JYSK’s websites, including www.JYSK.co.uk. We want to offer a user-friendly website containing information that you will find relevant. This is why we use technology that is able to collect, process and sort information about how our website is used while still protecting the interests of you and other visitors as much as we can.

JYSK protects your and other visitors’ privacy on our website and we live up to all the regulations contained in the Danish Personal Data Act so that you can feel safe when you visit our website. We register those visitors who have agreed to receive our newsletters and other marketing material by e-mail. Registered visitors may at any time withdraw their agreement by sending an e-mail to customerservice@jysk.com.

JYSK is bound by Danish law, including the regulations contained in the Danish Financial Statements Act and Danish Bookkeeping Act Accounts, and it will only be possible to delete the relevant information when the deadlines contained in the above legislation have expired. Registered information will not be made public on our website.

As a visitor, you will at all times be able to navigate the website anonymously, but unregistered visitors will not have access to information in www.jysk.dk's database or be able to obtain services from JYSK. JYSK does not sell, let out or otherwise transfer registered information to third parties.
